Today is the day!

One day a person wakes up and decides, "Today is the day."

You decide they're going to lose the weight once and for all.

This time there will be NO stopping you whatsoever.

So you go overboard right from the start.

You throw out all the junk food. You start working out an hour each day. For some reason you decide to completely starve yourself.

After a week or two or three you decide you have had enough, and it all comes apart - again.

What went wrong?

How did this happen - AGAIN?

Well, I can tell you from experience it's the complete and utter lack of a plan.

Fail to plan, plan to fail.

So wouldn't it be nice to have a blueprint to follow?

A game plan to help you every step of the way?

Wouldn't it make sense to have that plan in place before you make those New Years resolution mistakes again like last January?

Boro Boot Camp has everything you need. That is the complete plan of attack.

For less than 80 quid you get:

1. Expert tuition for a fraction of personal training prices.

2. The most effective fat loss training your likely to find within the UK.

3. An easy-to-follow 30 day meal plan that lays out EXACTLY what you should be eating for maximum results.

4. Unlimited email support by me, Mark Page for the whole duration of camp. 28 days.

Where else do you get that in the Teesside area?

Don't make the same mistakes this year.

Sign up now.

Today we've got a guest blog from a friend of mine over the pond.

His name is Brad Taliancich, he owns Team Xcelerate and has been running boot camps for several years now.

Here's somebody else's view about boot camps and how Boro Boot Camp can help you.

1.) What makes a boot camp program better than gym workouts or gym programs?
"You get to enjoy being outdoors, fresh air and a change of surroundings. You also get to focus on your routine and not a TV (mind-body experience)."

2.) What are the benefits your clients have received from participating in your boot camps?

"We've just recently started adult programs (November) as we have been doing youth programs for several years. The participants are seeing results, talking about the workouts giving them the needed boost of energy to survive the last half of the day and the fact that they are in a group of people that support each other."

3.) Did you find that their fitness results were better from your boot camp than at any point they had experienced on their own in a gym environment?

"Many of them have been in a gym or even currently in a gym. They all like the fact that the workouts are varied every time they come and they understand the functionality of the program. Not being stuck on a machine and working up a better sweat than staying on a treadmill or bike has made a big difference to them."

4.) What difference do you think training with like minded people who have similar goals to each other has on your participants Brad?

"It really helps their confidence and as the workouts progress they really help each other get through the routines. I have some who are class clowns and some who spout out encouragement but they completely help each other get through in a fun, positive way."

5.) What kind of training do your clients do?

"FitFunCamp emphasizes Tabatas and we mix up the intervals from time to time. Our group can be doing squats, push-ups, jumping jacks and pillar holds one day and then running through ladders, jumping over hurdles and crawling on the ground on another day. Our goal is to not have a "typical" day."

Great information Brad. Have you anything else you'd like to add?

"You do not always realize you are in a rut when training in a gym. Boot camps and fitness camps can really provide a way to have a completely different workout every time they come to class. There is no monotony."

2 BIG Fat Loss Killers.

I'm sure there are many reasons why a lot of people are having trouble with weight loss and keeping it off.

So here are 2 BIG reasons why people are failing.

1.) Lack of social support

What are the chances that you are the only person at home who wants to eat right and workout regularly?

Pretty high right?

No doubt your in a minority at work too where you want to get a quick workout in before or after work?

If this is the case then your not going to have anybody there to make sure your eating right and not allowing yourself to cheat in weak moments, which happen often.

2.) Your Program isn't structured by a Professional.

If you go to court, you get a solicitor. If you damage ankle ligaments chances are you go to a Physio.

So why, when you go to workout do people not have a fitness program designed by a Fitness Professional?

Despite all the fancy gym equipment, the extra gyms, the more people training etc, it really doesn't surprise me why people in general are not getting any results because they are going by a made up program.

No wonder you guys get frustrated and give up after 4 weeks. Do the right thing and hire a Professional to design your program, it works!

At Boro Boot Camp you get social support with up to 16 other like minded people all striving for the same fat loss results as you are trying to achieve and the program is specifically designed to burn lbs of fat away from your body.

Don't make the same mistake as last year and be cuing up for a cardio machine that won't help you, sign up for Boro Boot Camp whilst places are available and say goodbye to those saggy bits you are tired of seeing everyday.

Running to get in shape?

What is the deal with people running to get "in shape"?

Everyday, morning or evening i see half a dozen people at the very least dragging their feet along a foot path in pain pulling funny faces. The main question i ask is, why are most people who are running hugely out of shape?

Running will not get you "in shape" unless your specialising in a running program for a running event.

You see, most people who i see run are not runners. They are out of shape human beings that have been ill advised to start running for fat loss. Out of about a dozen people i see running everyday i think maybe about 2 of those are in actual shape to be running, the rest shouldn't be doing it.

A colleague of mine is a physiotherapist. Arguably he is of one the most intelligent people I've ever come across in his field. On average, he gets around 4 new clients a week from running alone with injuries that he describes as "overuse injuries". That is from running alone!

The main problems these "running clients" have are a weak core, poor hip range of movement, poor hip strength etc etc, to be honest i could go on.

You see, if your feet are hitting the ground over 1000 times each time you run 1 mile, or over 2000 times every 2 mile then something in your body is going to wear out.

To quote a fellow professional, Bill Hartman:

"Unless your training for a marathon or some other endurance-related event and have been properly evaluated by a qualified health professional who gives you the green light that it's safe to run....then don't run".

At www.borobootcamp.co.uk we do no running yet will get you in the best shape you have been in a long time, perhaps ever!

The Beginner Gym Go'er Workout.

Come on, hands up!

What does an average session at the gym look like for you?

Let me guess, 10 minutes at a slow pace on a treadmill, add another 10 minutes on a stationary bike, and then if you feel up to it you'll add 10 minutes on the cross trainer.

Does that sound familiar?

For a beginner, despite what the norm will think, doing the average workout can become detrimental to your fitness goals due to a few reasons.

First off, it can cause injuries. If your injured you can't train. If you can't train then your fitness goals are going to be a heck of a lot harder to reach.

In the initial 6 weeks of a training program for a beginner, there is up to a 90% chance of picking up an injury.

You see, the musculoskelatal system is very easily OVER-trained when it is de-conditioned. A beginner does way too much cardiovascular (CV) work which places too much stress on your musculoskelatal system resulting in too much overload which will cause an injury.

How can this be avoided?

To start with, most beginners are overweight. Every overweight person has very little structure with posture and muscle balance etc, so a training program that targets these weaknesses will help align everything up in the correct form.

A resistance program targets the muscular system and that controls your rest periods in order to create a cardiovascular style workout whilst getting you stronger and reducing the chance of injury.

At Boro Boot Camp we do hardly no running whatsoever, and specifically get each and everyone of you stronger whilst you burn fat and get fitter than ever.

Are you active at this time of year?

I read an interesting piece of information a couple of days back from a magazine article.

"Society gains an average of 12 lbs of fat between Halloween and January 1st".

I'm not sure if it's an actual fact or if it's just a guess, but i bet it's not far from the truth!

Let's say at Halloween you indulge in a few too many sweets, you know, the high sugar, a few drinks etc, etc. Then all your focus becomes on Christmas, you spend you energies on shopping, you think to yourself, "oh I'll leave exercise until New Year", which many do then before you know it Christmas is upon us.

During this time we indulge in all those free sweets, chocolates and cakes, we attend Christmas parties and so on. Then it's New Years Eve. Long night, more drink, more sugary foods that your offered etc, etc.

So before you know it January 1st is here. Looking back i think 12lbs could be the minimum the average person puts on. A couple of months with no exercise regime and a bad diet doesn't equal good results : )

So, after taking this in, come January chances are many of you are going to be in serious need of dropping a dress size at the very least!

Don't make the same mistake as last year, and the year before that. Get signed up to our January camp and get the results you are wanting to achieve.

The Pink Patch

Have you seen the latest money making fad?

Get skinny with the Pink Patch!

That's the latest headline for the so called latest weight loss product/fad that they are targeting women with.

The Pink Patch is something you put on your body that claims to slow down your appetite yet burn more calories.

Obviously it's a massive fad. Let me tell you why.

After reading through their sales copy that they have up to sell their product, saying I'm extremely doubtful about it is a huge understatement!

They claim to help weight loss, prevent mood swings, increase your energy levels yet decrease your appetite. How can it increase your energy levels if you eat a lot less??

Surely if it did all that then it'd either be on the NHS or available for a high price on the market.

It sounds too good to be true doesn't it? Well, it usually is.

This is what they mention at the bottom of the page:

"The Pink Patch is a diet free way to lose weight. However, all successful weight loss programs should include a sensible low fat, low calories meal plan, and an exercise program to be completely effective".

Well you get that anyway WITHOUT the Pink Patch so basically it has no difference whatsoever!

It's a crazy world isn't it?!

If you have any female friends, relatives, work colleagues etc then please pass this on. The last thing any of us want is for anybody to be wasting their hard earned money on something that doesn't even make a difference to reaching your fat loss goals.

Thanks for reading.

Did You Know We Offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee?

Our promise to you is to give you a step by step plan that will guarantee you to drop down as a dress size.

All you have to do is follow it for 28 days : )

This gives you no risk whatsoever in your quest for reaching your goals.

You see, I'm sure many of you have been to gyms, or had trainers and they had promised you that you would lose X amount of lbs etc etc. It might have worked for you, then again if your reading this then it probably didn't!

The thing is, nobody really wants a trainer, not for trainings sake, they only want a trainer to guide them along the path to reach their goals. Why should people pay money month upon month and not be guaranteed their results?

It's worth thinking about in my opinion.

Now, I'm not the only guy in the UK who guarantees results, far from it. There are a lot of good trainers out there that get results.

As for our area that we are in though, there is nobody else who gives a guarantee on results, except us at Boro Boot Camp.

Every single person who becomes part of our camp has our promise that they will drop at least one clothes size during the 28 days or you get your money back. It's that simple!

That is from 12 sessions, no calorie counting and no crazy fad diets that too many people have tried way too often.

P.S:

Remember though, we only want the commited. The ones who are deadly serious about changing for the better, no talkers, but doers!

What we're looking for in a Boro Bootcamper....

At Boro Boot Camp we're looking for approximately 16 participants in our camp.

This camp is literally going to shred away body fat from your body, tone and firm up your muscles, make you stronger and give you better flexibility in just 12 sessions over 4 weeks.

So what are we looking for?

Well, we are looking for people who are extremely serious about making changes. It's a 28 day battle, to give everything you've got, to show your dedication to train and eat smart which will give your body changes which no doubt you've struggled to get over the previous months, maybe years?

You will have to attend every single one of the 12 sessions and follow our nutrition program to the letter throughout this period, if you do this then we guarantee you will see a significant change for fat loss and you will be closer to a body you have no doubt dreamed about.

We want DOERS at Boro Boot Camp, not Talkers. We want people who are sick and tired looking the way they do and demand within themselves to change for the good and to get your results right.

Is this you?

Then excellent. We are here to guide you through you through on your path to a healthier, fitter, and leaner you.

You will see results within the 28 days, if you want to shred away fat from your thighs, mid-sections, upper back etc then why wait?

Take ACTION NOW and finally change for the good, it's why we're here. To help you!

I look forward to seeing the committed at Boro Boot Camp.
